Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and seals to be eligible for a successful return.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.

  Refund Processing

  After a quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
